Mind the......Gap

Did you know that its been 40 years since the first Gap store was opened by Doris and Don Fisher? We all know Gap for its fantastic basics for all the family and also for its jeans.
I was contacted by Gap to let you know that from September 10th until October 5th they will be launching a Gap1969 Denim Concept Store in London. The store is going to showcase a massive range of Gaps iconic denim styles in uniquely engineered washes, there will only be 69 pairs of each style available and each will have its own individual stamp and number.
On the opening day the store will be giving customers the chnace to buy a limited edition pair of Gap rinsed jeans in your favourite Gap fit for £19.69, with 50% of the profits of all jeans sold going towards the Global Fund to help eliminate AIDS in Africa.

As well as this there will bespoke denim pieces available instore designed by Pierre Hardy and Albertus Swanepoel. The store is also going to be the host of the European lauch on the Pharell Williams Bionic Gap Collection.

It sounds fantastic to me and i wish i could get to London to visit especially as the store will be hosting live acoustic sets by breakthrough artists including VV Brown on the opening night and Taio Cruz on Friday.

If your able to get to the store which is located at G7 / G8 Kingly Court, Carnaby, London, W1 then go, but remember its only there for 19 days and 69 hours so be quick!!
