Hi there!

Hello blogettes, long time no post! In fact its been over 3 months!!
I was browsing though this blog today looking for the shade of concealer i'd used in the past and found myself really missing it. Although i am blogging over at They Grow So Quick i miss this blog so much!!

So whats new?
I'm 30 weeks pregnant today, feeling and looking huge but also very excited to meet baby number 2.
We found out that i'm having another boy, Our wedding is in 5 weeks time, which is both stressful and exciting as you can imagine.
Seb is still amazing, he is 20 months now, learning new words every day and is generally a happy little chap with a wardrobe to rival his mamas.

Have i missed anything exciting?
I have tried to keep up with peoples blogs but it can be hard when you have an energetic toddler to run around after!

Bloggers tea party!

Hello lovelies, long time no blog.
A few weeks ago i was invited to take part in the George at Asda Jubilee bloggers tea party. I'm a blogger and i love tea(and cake) so i jumped at the chance to be in involved.
I was asked to choose a dress from George to represent an era of the queens reign, i chose the Barbara Hulanicki wrap dress, to represent the 1970's. Jersey dresses are my friend at the moment thanks to a huge 19 week bump. Along with the dress i was sent paper plates, bunting, a tablecloth and some rather beautiful fudge.
I baked some fairy cakes, got out some biscuits made a cup of lemon and ginger tea and me and Seb sat down to afternoon tea.
Seb did have food on his plate but he demolished it pretty quickly

Heres me modelling my dress, i look pretty pale at the moment thanks to awful sickness and my bump is quite huge as you can see.

Did you do anything nice for the jubilee?

Uninspired

Sorry for the lack of posts.
At the moment i am really unispired and i don't want to write half hearted posts on here so i am taking a break from this blog. I am still reading and commenting on others, but this pregnancy combined with looking after Seb has taken its toll on me. I will hopefully be back at some point.
I am still blogging on my other blog They Grow So Quick and will popping beauty and fashion bits on there as well as recipes etc so feel free to follow me on there and ignore the kiddy bits.

Ernest Jones Wish List

Ernest Jones is a well established brand, we all know and trust them. When i was contacted about the Spring/Summer jewellery collection i jumped at the chance to have a look at what they had to offer this season.
The range is quite frankly fab! They cover key trends from Twirling Twenties to Fabulous Fifties and Soft Sorbets to Molten Metallics, there is literally something for everyone.

Here is my wishlist!
First up are these stunning Marco Bicego earrings, perfect for summer days(and nights)

How cute are these moonstone earrings, they would be so lovely in the summer with a pretty sundress, subtle and sweet.
I'm not usually a ring person but 2 in the collection particularly stood out to me.
This La Vian rose gold, diamond and garnet ring is stunning, i love coloured stones and this is just perfect.
How gorgeous is this Le Vian ring?! Yellow gold, diamond and peridot make for a real stand out piece that will look fab all year round. Last but by no means least is this Glam Rock watch with leopard print strap, who doesn't love some animal print!

On top of all fabulousness this you can now create your own using Ernest Jones brand new facebook app, where you can simply like your favourite items on their website and it takes them to the app, this can be shared with your facebook friends(someone may even get the hint and buy you something!). Once you've completed and submitted your list you will be entered into a draw where one person will win an item from their list!

I would like to thank the lovely people at Ernest Jones who sent me a beautiful silver bangle to say thanks for spreading the word!

The scan

On Monday we had our 12 week scan(well 11+4 scan in my case), everything was perfect and it was so amazing seeing the baby moving around, kicking and doing flips inside me. Baby is due on 1st November, it seems ages away at the moment!

I wore a new dress to the scan, i got it on Sunday while out looking for maternity clothes. I have to say i was really dissapointed in the shops, there was hardly any nice pretty maternity bits around, so i ended up buying a couple of pairs of maternity leggings and this dress which isn't maternity but is stretchy, the belt on it was horrible so i swapped it over.

Navy and white dress-Primark, Coral belt-New LookI got a few beauty bits instead, these new handcreams were a bargainous £1 in M&S and were BOGOF.
I got two of the new Barry M nail paints in Denim and Teal.
Also i got 17's Va Va Voom mascara, half price thanks to a voucher. My mum was buying No.7 products and as they are on 3for2 she let me choose a third item so i grabbed their BB cream to try.

I hope everyones having a fabby week!

Forever 21

Last weekend Forever 21 offered free delivery, i love their jewellery and socks so knew i had to place a little order.
I can't order clothes due to my bump so i had a look at their shoe section. I saw this pink hi tops and thought they'd be perfect for our trip to Haven in a couple of weeks as we'll be going on the beach and its hardly sandal weather! They are so cute, totally not my usual style but i love them.
These polka dot sandals were a bargain at £6, i ordered some leopard ones too but i don't like them so am going to send them back. Jewellery wise i only got this cute little fella, i can't resist an owl.I also stocked up on cute socks.

Have you been ordering from Forever 21?

New things

I am literally being a terrible blogger at the moment.
The lurgy hit our house last weekend and i have felt so awful this week, luckily i am feeling more human today in time for Easter. So far we have 8 Easter eggs in the house, having a child means everyone gives you eggs. Sadly Phil is working all weekend apart from Sunday and everybody seems to be off having fun so me and Seb are going to be pretty bored.

I have managed to acquire a few new bits so thought i'd show them off.
Me and my mum both loved this H&M cardi when we went shopping a few weeks ago, she ended up buying it but changed her mind so gave it to me. I love the print, i have a really nice white maternity dress and this will be really sweet with it.

My lovely mum also picked up this maternity top for me from George

I got these fab NYC nail polishes in Superdrug on their 3 for 2. I don't usually pay much attention to this brand but the colours are so vibrant!
Finally a cute horse print scarf from New Look for wearing in my hair or tied to a bag
I hope everyone has a lovely long weekend x

Apple of my eye

I've been a terrible blogger recently, with the sun being out we've been spending most of our time outside enjoying it while it lasts. I'm not feeling my wardrobe at the moment, i have early pregnancy bloating and i just look very chunky in everything and i'm feeling really tired although luckily i've not had sickness this time around.

So a quick outfit snap
Floral tea dress-c/o Joe Browns, white vest(underneath)-Topshop, Pink opaques-Internationale
We popped into town today and what was a quick walk to get some nappies turned into a mini spending spree including a sand and water table for Seb(it was a bargain!). The only thing i picked up for me was one of the Revlon Lip Butters, i went for Candy Apple, a lovely red. I'd heard alot about these and they live up to the hype, they are lovely, so be sure to check them out.
And heres the apple of my eye doing a model pose at the park
I hope you're all getting the chance to get outside and enjoy the weather.
