Outfit post and online orders

We went for a fab meal last night at Tampopo in Leeds. I ate Com Hue, a dish from Vietnam made up of wok fried rice with chicken and flavoured with lemongrass, sesame seeds and coriander. Sadly i was too full to take advantage of the gorgeous sounding sweets but i will be next time i go!
I ended up getting to bed at 2.30am, not a good idea when you have to be up for work.

I wore my coral dress from Primark again with my leather waist belt and opaques, also you can see the turquoise beaded pracelet i wore in this picture.
I also wore my platform studded shoots.

In other news my online orders came I love the Topshop dress and cardigan, the dress is a gorgeous colour and would also look good with a belt.
The black bodysuit from New Looks really nice and a perfect basic. The flamingo dress is super cute, i love the print but the dress is VERY short so i'm not 100% sure about it.

And now the end is near..

Its coming to the end of the bank holiday and i'm posting this from my bed after getting home at 9am this morning.
Its been a gorgeous weekend, yesterday i spent the day in the garden reading in a sun dress and ended up getting pretty burnt

Blue spotty sundress- H&M

Me and some of my friends went out last night, it was so busy in town and i drank far too many spirits(again!) I don't feel too bad today just really tired. I decided to wear a corset because i've not worn one in ages, plus there were no straps to run my burnt shoulders!

Blue corset- Primark, Black body con skirt- H&M, Black opaques

Bank Holiday!

Well we're halfway through the bank holiday weekend now and i hope everyones enjoying it.
Mine started fantastically, Friday night was a girls night out and we went for a lovely meal at a local hotel and there were also a group of male strippers on too along with a drag act. Its not something i'd normally go to but it was alot of fun and luckily i didn't get pulled up on stage or i would have been mortified. After that we went into town and went to a club until about half 3 and then we went onto a late bar and then back to my friends. I finally rolled home at about 7am on Saturday morning. Sadly i had no time to take outfit pictures, i wore my zip up dress, purple opaques and black platforms, heres me before i went out.
Heres a hideous picture of Katie and me out
After a couple of hours sleep i got up and went to the local retail park as we needed some bits for the puppies.
I popped into Matalan and got some jegging/tregging things and also these flat sandalsThe rest of the day was spent trying to ward off my hangover by drinking lots of fruit juice and also trying to keep awake for as long as possible!

These are some other bits i've gotton this week. I've ordered this blue dress and black cardigan from Topshop.

I also ordered a Flamingo print dress and a black bodysuit from New Look but i couldn;t get the pictures to save for some reason.

Also my mum got me this cute necklace with a bow pendant on.

Brigette Bardot Beautiful

How stunning are these photos, she may be controversial but its hard to deny her gorgeousness and her influence in fashion. She helped to popularise the bikini and even has a neckline named after her.

Pink and orange

I'm loving the clashing pink and orange colours in these pictures from Luella SS09. They look fresh and summery. I feel some colour chashing outfits coming on....

Ooooops

I accidently purchased these babies this weekend. They were totally bargainous and i looooooove them. Sorry for the rubbishy photos.
Also grabbed these cheapy hot pink pumps which are perfect for walking to and from work.
I also fed my nail varnish addiction with this Chanel one, and 2 Barry M ones, also a neon pink Barry M lipstick.

Molton Brown Review

I managed to blag myself some Molton Brown samples to try so thought I'd do a mini review on them. I've always wanted to try their products but they are expensive so i wanted to try before committing myself.
The samples i got were
1) Skinfresh facial wash which retails at£19.55. Its meant to be good for normal, oily and combination skin and promises to banish blackheads. Its a clear gel and is easy to use, you just apply to damp skin, massage and rinse. It left my skin feeling fresh and not tight like some face washes can do. I did like this but I'm not sure if i would buy it as i prefer the ease of wipes!
2) Instant matte shine control which retails at £29. Its a moisturising fluid that promises to help give a shine free complexion while also having an SPF 15. Ideal for oily or combination skin.
When i tried it i found that it was a thick white cream rather than a fluid, though it was non greasy and easily absorbed into my skin. It smelt lovely and instantly made my skin feel lovely and soft. Throughout the day i didn't experience too much shine which is fab and parts of my skin are prone to shininess! Overall its a nice product but I'm not sure its any better then others on the market.
