Bit of an accident

Well what an eventful day we've had!
What started as a normal morning, led to me somehow falling over getting into the shower and landing bump first into the bath. I don't remember much about falling, just landing bump down and panicking. I managed to get out and call Phil's phone, then realised i had blood covering me from my chin down my neck and over my chest as well as shaking and obviously pain.
Phil raced home and rang the midwife who made us go to the hospital where I've spent hours hooked up to machines and being examined. Baby seems fine but i just have to keep an eye on it and go back in if i have any pains.
We're home now just having Phil look after me as I'm pretty shaken up, plus i have a huge gash on my chin, bruising on one side and seem to have damaged one of my back teeth.
So if I'm quiet over the next few days, you know why!!

    Oh god, that is an eventful day! So glad you and the bump are fine, minus your injuries of course, you must have been so worried :( Make sure you rest up over the next few days while the bruising heals. Sending you lots of hugs! xxxx

    please be good to yourself darling. don't worry those babies are floating around in that fluid stuff. i fell once when pregnant and my 7 year old is gorgeous and strong.
