A slightly different post from me, i thought i'd post one of my favourite recepies of the moment....... chocolate brownies!
You will need
400g dark chocolate (at least 55 per cent cocoa solids)
6 whole eggs
2 egg yolks

325g unsalted butter
300g caster sugar
50g cocoa powder
80g plain flour

Heat your oven to 180C/fan 160C then grease a 20cm square baking tin.
Gently melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over hot water until smooth then cool a little.
Whisk 6 whole eggs, 2 yolks and caster sugar together then fold in the melted chocolate mixture.
Sieve in the cocoa powder and flour then fold everything together until evenly mixed.
Pour into your tin and bake for 20 minutes until it rises at the edges.

Allow to cool completely in the tin.
Cut and eat! They should be gooey in the centre and slightly crisp on the crust.

I stuck some Rolos in mine last time(you can see one in the photo) copying a ready made mix i'd seen, they were lovely warm and melty!
